Day 6

Day 6 - Saturday

Food:
Breakfast: Oatmeal, coffee w/cream
Lunch: Roasted red pepper and tomato soup, 3 mushrooms, mini bagel.
Dinner: jambalaya, jello sugar free mousse.

Oh yeah...:



That is some raking, power washing 3 sides of my house (the off body just after 12 was me trying to defrost in a very hot shower). Making jambalaya, some vacuming, and then sweeping out the shed and cleaning the windows in there. Right around 6pm was my workout. Short and sweet for that tonight thankfully. 

Workout:

  • Warmup: 10 squats, 10 knee pushups, 8 squats, 8 knee pushups, 6 squats, 6 knee pushups.
  • 30 seconds swings (20), 30 seconds rest
  • 30 seconds knee pushups (18), 30 seconds rest
  • 30 seconds swings (20), 30 seconds rest
  • 30 seconds knee pushups (15), 30 seconds rest
  • 30 seconds swings (20), 30 seconds rest

16KG for swings

Kind of surprised at the numbers. The swings were easy enough but I knocked the pushups out pretty decent. Especially after today, the power washing was mostly aimed all above my head as I was cleaning the eaves and porch/carport ceiling.
