Workout:
- Warmup: 10 lunges, 10 knee pushups, 8 lunges, 8 knee pushups, 6 lunges, 6 pushups.
- 30 seconds swings, 30 seconds rest x 15 (20 swings per set = 300)
- 6 minute cool down on treadmill.
