I have undertaken a grand quest to develop a flat belly and find the bottom of my belly button. Yes, I am an 'innie' and unfortunately I have a gut, it's not a pretty thing. It will be soon though :)

I have over the years however developed some amazing subconscious 'sucking it in' skills that have most likely blessed me with some pretty abs if I can ever uncover them. Slowly but surely I am working to this goal.

This page will display any nerd gadgets I have found to track this little game. I do weigh myself daily, I find it therapeutic to do so. Ups and downs are expected and do not stress me out. I can put 3-5lbs of water weight on very easily with a simple free meal.
