I love them, balls of iron with a handle. Simplicity itself.
This page will eventually develop into a resource of my favourite guru's and workouts.
In the mean time I will point you towards Dragon Door as the starting point and to Tracy ReifKind as my personal inspiration to achieve success. There is a link at the bottom of Tracy's page to a PDF detailing how she lost 100lbs in less than a year simply by swinging a kettlebell 3 times a week and taking a sensible approach to food. Well worth a read.
