Day: Black coffee, water
Dinner: 2 black bean veggie burgers, mini bagel, kraft single, hummus and cream cheese. String cheese, Pineapple cup. Roasted red pepper and tomato soup with half a small chicken. 



Workout:

  • Warmup: 10 lunges, 10 knee pushups, 8 lunges, 8 knee pushups, 6 lunges, 6 pushups.
  • 30 seconds swings, 30 seconds rest x 5 (20 swings per set = 100)
  • 8 minute cool down on treadmill.
