Dinner: Roast chicken, Oysters, mushrooms, black beans, orange bell pepper, asparagus sautéed with sesame oil. 3 eggs, 1 avocado and shredded cheese in a frittata style.

Counting calories sucks.  Grilled avocado is fricking awesome.
