Workout 4

Kettlebell workout B:

Clean and Press ladders
Get Up Sit up
Reverse Lunges
2 Handed Swings

Still can't press my 12kg with good form for long. 3rd ladder @ 12kg was a bit messy. Final set on the 20lb bell saw a last rep fail on the left side. Sucker just was not going to go up.

The swings totally fried my forearms. I think the only reason I didn't drop the damn bell was my iPad was in the potential landing zone.
