Workout 2

Kettlebell workout B:

Clean and Press ladders
Get Up Sit up
Reverse Lunges
2 Handed Swings

Stiff and sore so not my best efforts here. I have a 16kg bell tucked in the corner waiting for me to get uber enough to use it Resorting to my 20lb bell is a current sign of weakness. I should be able to do all of this with the 12kg. It's amazing the difference 6 pounds can make.
