Turkish Getups.
Goblet Squat
Bent over Row
2 Handed Swings
Huge improvement over Monday's session. 20lb bell not used at all. Got 2 extra TGU's in and the squat/row combo went from 6 sets to 9 using the 12kg bell for all sets. I had to drop to BW squats for 2 sets last time. Swings went to the from 136 to 150 which is about the max I can do in that time. Week 2 changes to a 30/30 split.
